Cook pizza like never before in your Kamado Joe. The Pizza-Porta changes the airflow so that heat is trapped in the dome while airflow (and therefore temperature) control is maintained. With heat trapped in the dome your pizza will cook hotter, at a more steady temperature. With the heat balanced above and below the stone, the tops cook as fast as the bottoms.
The Small is a perfect fit for the Joe Junior.
The 2.0 version fits the Kamado Joe Classic I

And of course there is a model for the Air-hinge Big Joe. This model features an even larger door and latches to hold the dome closed.
Each of these models was specifically designed to ensure control and adjustment of the airflow so that you can select the best temperature for your baking, whether it is 350ºF for a pie, or 750ºF for a pizza.
